A new event to our fundraising calendar this year, our annual sponsored walk with Biggar Cornets. Our Edinburgh Captain and Lass, accompanied by past Captains and Lasses, and others, will follow a 30 mile route from Edinburgh to Biggar in the Scottish Borders!
There will be refreshment stops throughout the day, organised by the wider Edinburgh Committee. The event is open to all and everyone is welcome and join us in part or all of the distance. This will be a remarkable event, and one where you will meet our Official Party, hear their stories, meet members of other towns and learn about their own ancient Scottish Common Riding traditions.
We encourage those taking part to help us raise vital funds, which will go towards the running of the annual Edinburgh Riding of the Marches, as well as towards our Community Outreach projects and the Jump Up Fund. Please contact us about setting up your JustGiving page for your Sponsorship.
