Stuart McFarlane
Scotland’s rugby commentator for BBC Sports and TalkSport, Stuart was also a regular voice of Radio Borders for over 20 years. He has commentated for the Edinburgh Riding of the Marches since 2016.
Stuart’s knowledge of the history of the Common Ridings and Riding of Marches in Scotland is extensive, following 11 years reporting on the many celebrations held across the south of Scotland and he is passionate about keeping the stories and traditions alive.
Grahame MacGregor
After some years in industry, Grahame began a career in radio, producing packages and content for BBC Radio Scotland, Radio 4, RTE and other outlets.
A BBC broadcast journalist in the Borders for the past 30 years, Grahame has also worked as a media manager for motor sport and equestrian events and he is now a commentator at events such as Highland Games and historic motor sport weekends.
